Terms and Shipping Policy

Domestic Customers

All Domestic Orders Terms Are By Either Methods:
COD, COD Certified Check, or CIA

Based on Credit Rating, Some Customers May Receive Net Terms.  Those customers that are given the privilege of Net terms, can have them revoked if delinquent on payment.

Shipping is an additional cost.  The shippers used will be either  Fed Ex, UPS, or for larger equipment United Van Lines.

Foreign Market Customers

All Foreign Market Orders Are Paid Via Wire Transfer.  Shipping is handled and paid for by the customer. 

ISIS Medical Solutions, LLC will handle the packaging of the equipment.

NEW POLICY FOR FOREIGN MARKET CUSTOMERS

Funds must be received with in 3 business days of placing an order.  If the funds are not received with in this time period the order will be recognized as being cancelled.

This policy has come into effect due to the high rise of customers placing orders and dragging out payment over weeks, if at all.  This common occurrence not only wastes time, but also punishes those customers that are serious in placing an order with ISIS Medical Solutions, LLC.
